The location of the house to the boat ramp, bars and restaurants was perfect and the ability to dock the boats at the house was really convenient. "What a great apartment to stay at! Whether your traveling with family or friends, this place has it all. Enough room to sleep everyone comfortably, plus a spacious kitchen and dining room. "Everything about the cottage and dock were as described. The views were great, quiet, relaxing. The wineries were very good, and the fishing off of the dock was great, we caught perch, catfish, large and small mouth bass. Location was perfect right between downtown Clayton and Alex bay. Susan and Ben responded quickly if we had a question. I would recommend this cottage."

"A very comfortable place to stay, close to the main strip in Clayton! We walked into town three of the four days of our stay. One day we drove up to Alexandria Bay, only 20 minutes away. Very clean, comfortable beds. Window unit ACs for each bedroom's comfort. Our only nits are things no one can control. Watch your head going up and down the stairs if you're above 5' 8" lol Lots of bugs Memorial day weekend, so be prepared for that. (Suzanne conveniently had bug spray on the porch!) This house...
