"This hotel is in transformation. There are obvious things being repaired like the elevator. The staff is kind, check in was fast, there is a good dining option Preston's where steak house and pub fare can be had. We had a pond view room that was clean and quiet. We got a good night sleep. There is a pool, jacuzzi, and a cedar sauna that has the right amount of chlorine (not a burninator). Fresh fruit ice water in the lobby with mint and berries was a nice touch. "Just needed a place to stay for a concert & this sandman location blew our expectations away! Loved the close shopping and restaurants. We were on the 6th floor & the ceilings were super high and the room really nice! Would stay here again if there’s another concert in the area & would recommend to anyone. "
