The manager was very good at her job and they offered a full menu of breakfast….the food was so good! This will be our forever stop when we pass through the lower mainland, no more hotel stays for us"

"This place was amazing. All the amenities you could ask for. No negative things to say about this property. The host was very nice to order a Pay-per-view event for us as well. Only takeaway of this place. Hot water is HOT, shower in Red room does not produce hot water. Other than that, you’re able to use any of the other 3 showers in the place."

"This hotel is in transformation. There are obvious things being repaired like the elevator. The staff is kind, check in was fast, there is a good dining option Preston's where steak house and pub fare can be had. We had a pond view room that was clean and quiet. We got a good night sleep. There is a pool, jacuzzi, and a cedar sauna that has the right amount of chlorine (not a burninator). Fresh fruit ice water in the lobby with mint and berries was a nice touch.
