“Great Hotel for Area”
This hotel has been recently renovated, and is very nice. The staff are friendly, and very helpful. The rooms are well appointed, and the beds comfortable. The sink area (outside of bath area) is small, but well lit. There is free wifi in the rooms and lots of plugs for charging batteries/phones etc. Your stay includes a free continental breakfast which is minimal, but perfect to get you on your way in the morning. The hotel is very close to a large mall, as well as all the usual big box stores and car rental agencies. It is also only a few minutes from Trinity Western University, and about 40 minutes from the Vancouver airport by car. We were happy with our stay at the Best Western Langley Inn and will definitely stay there again.
“Great hotel for business travel”
I stayed at the Best Western Langley for work last week and I couldn't have been happier with my stay. The room was clean, the wi-fi was free, fast, and easy to set up, and the continental breakfast (also free) was pretty good and saved me some cash. Staff were friendly and directed my co-worker and me to some nice places to eat as well (note: if you're looking for a good pub, check out The Fort in Fort Langley). The restaurant at the hotel is good in a pinch as well. Overall, got exactly what I needed at a good price. I'll stay there again if the opportunity arises.
“Clean with good customer service”
I stayed at the hotel with my family for a sport competition, the rates were good the best around, but the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff at the front desk were happy to do their job!!
“Outstanding Stay”
Service was top notch. Room was very nice clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. I would give this one 5 stars. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending it. We were on the 1st floor but for anyone staying on the 2nd floor there was an elevator which was well maintained. The continental breakfast was very nice the dining room was clean and there was plenty of food and selection.

The rooms were comfortable and fairly well planned. We liked the sink outside the bathroom, although counter space was a bit small. It was convenient and check-in was a breeze. The room had a refrigerator, but no microwave. It was our second time staying there.

This hotel was a safe, pleasant & relaxing place for us to call home for a week. There were many indicators that our comfort was their priority and we appreciated that.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Lobby was welcoming and cozy. Room was nice - beds were comfortable. Only thing, there was food left in our fridge from previous guests. Pool and hot tub were awesome!

“Good value budget hotel”
Very good and comfortable hotel. The restaurant served excellent food at low prices. The staff were very helpful. A great alternative to airport hotels although quite a distance away.
