“Exactly what we wanted”
We needed a place close enough to where we needed to be to take a cab, yet safe, and this was all of that and more. I would not hesitate to stay here again!
“Nice and clean.”
The only problem we had was there were 3 people staying in our room, but there were only 2 coffee cups and not enough towels. We had to request additional supplies.

“Happy Traveler”
This hotel is great. It has easy access to the interstate with several local eateries nearby. The room was clean and big. We have stayed here one other time and we will be back.

“Great Place to Stay”
This hotel was great! We walked in and check in was fast and easy. The room was clean with all the amenities you need. Also we had an issue with the television not getting a channel and after a call to the desk they had someone up to fix it in minutes. Also the food at Bar Louie which was located in the hotel was great. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone. Also this hotel is only a $25-$30 cab ride to Wrigley Field and Wrigleyville if you wanted to check out a baseball game or some great bars.
“Very accomodating!”
The afternoon staff was wonderful! Very courteous, welcoming, and accommodating. Our room was clean. The atrium area was clean and the pool and whirlpool were both warm. We really enjoyed our stay here and will stay here again the next time we're in town.

I was very impressed with this hotel considering how reasonably priced our room was! The area was nice with some good shopping and restaurant choices nearby and the hotel was beautiful. The people there were extremely friendly and did everything they could to make our stay better. They let us check-in early due to our early flight in and let us check-out late due to a late afternoon flight out. Don't have anything negative to say at all about our experience!
