“Excellent hotel”
Excellent hotel. Very clean.
“Quality Hotel”
I was extremely satisfield staying at the Westin. Our room was oversize and that was an asset to our stay with our daughter in a wheelchair. We definitely would consider staying there again.
“beautiful hotel, wonderful staff & excellent customer service”
The staff were very friendly and helpful (made copies for me while I went to lunch - then delivered them to me), the room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here and will choose Westin again when I travel.

Came up for the Brickworld 2009 Lego event at the hotel and had a great time and the comfortable room was very welcome. We had a room on the 12th floor and liked the view of the city off in the distance. Staff were super nice and very helpful. Room was surprisingly larger than I expected and the bed was quite comfortable. Hope next year's Brickworld is held here.... would eager return to The Westin in Wheeling, Illinois.
“Comfortable elegance”
Nice hotel. Tastefully decorated with high quality furnishings. Bed was wonderful. Room could have been a little larger. Staff was very attentive.
“Quality and Comfort”
Sophisticated interior touches, sometimes overthinking the reception desk area (confusing desk layout with 4 or 5 separate check in desks) and sacrificing parking lot convenience for the retention pond (valet in poor weather), but all in all this is a trendy destination for the northern suburbs with comfortable beds and above average touches. Ask for the quiet floor as the doors do not do a very good job of blocking sound if people are active in the hallway.

My experience as the Westin was really good, the rooms are clean and comfortable, quiet, and the staff was very attentive. I would make a point to stay there again when I'm in the area.

My wife was calling and emailing our friends and family about this hotel even before we left. We can't wait to go back to the Chicago area because we already knew where we will be staying!
