“Anxiously waiting for return trip”

I was very happy and satisfied with the service Hyatt provided. I did have to call the front desk once because I could not find the TV remote and they promptly sent someone up with one. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking to stay in this area. The rooms are huge and very comfortrable. I will definitely stay here again during my next visit to Chicago.

“Great stay”

This hotel was an EXCELLENT deal! We were very impressed with every aspect of the hotel, especially the quality of the customer service. We were traveling with our young son, and the hotel room had everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable. We are excited to go back!

“Shockingly good value”

This hotel is shockingly good for the price. These are suites with a small kitchen (two-burner stove but no oven) and just about all the amenities you'd have at home. We stayed there during a trip to Chicago, and the only small complaint that I have is that it's about 45 minutes from the city. If you bump into traffic that can turn into quite a bit longer. Alternatively, you can ride the train in from Naperville. It's SUCH a nicer room than what is available in the city for this price and we were thrilled even considering the drive. We stayed for 3 nights and the savings really added up, so we did more fun things in the city within our budget. I highly recommend it.

“A GREAT hotel!”

Everything was fantastic except for the daily breakfast buffet. It was very crowded and the staff seemed overwhelmed. Food couldn't be brought out fast enough. Don't book this hotel because of the free buffet. Book it because it is an awesome hotel and perhaps take an extra hour to enjoy your breakfast offsite.

“Wonderful atmosphere”

The hotel atmosphere was wonderful. The employees were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and roomy. We had a full kitchen, a very large bathroom with a large shower, a comfy couch, and a comfortable bed. We travel a short distance to eat, but the food and restaurant choices were excellent.

“Great hotel. All the comforts of home and very well maintained.”

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel and will definitely return. This was a girl's weekend trip and having the kitchen allowed us to order dinner in one night and enjoy sitting around visiting without going back out to find dinner. The Chicagotaxi service which brough dinner from an area restaurant was a great feature. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we are planning to return soon. The hotel is located near office complexes. We drove into town so accessing the shopping in Naperville was easy.
