"It was our first trip to Paris, and the hotel management was incredibly helpful. They assisted us with local bus timings, provided information about the area, shops, and everything we needed. The hotel was impeccably clean and tidy, and the elevator was very efficient. Parking facilities were excellent, and our apartment was spotless. The view from the window, especially in the morning, was delightful. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is not close to EuroDisney. It took us an hour, a train and two busses to find it. We arrived at 9:PM to find the front desk closed. The kiosk outside did not have our reservation under my name or confirmation number.
