“Best in town!”
Every need was taken care of by this friendly staff. The memory foam beds were the most confortable bed I have ever experienced! The rooms are spectacular and the service is 1st class without being pretentious. From the daily continetal breakfast served in room, on the roof deck or in lounge was perfect! Daily free wine & cheese and nightly fresh baked cookies & milk were addictive! The amenities were 1st class, but you will not be made to feel uncomfortable at any time. The location is the best in the city...right on the harbor, walk to all old town attractions and restarants and access to the free around town shuttle at the front door. I could not find a fault with this hotel or staff! I would definitely return or recommend this establishment!
“Fantastic hotel!”
The best customer service we could ask for! Fabulous experience!
“wonderful hotel”
Wonderful hotel in excellent location with exceptional staff
“Absolutely wonderful”
Our visit was absolutely wonderful. The service at the hotel is very attentive, the room immaculate, the extras (breakfast in your room, wine and cheese, turndown) are just icing on the cake. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel, for service or location, while we were in Charleston. We can't wait to go back!
“Beautiful luxury in walkable Charleston”
This was our second visit to the HarbourView Inn. Both visits were amazing! The location cannot be topped. The hotel is within a 5 minute walk to some of Charleston's very best restaurants, Rainbow Row, and walks along the harbor. The rooms are clean, well-kept, and beautifully decorated. Breakfast is included, and is delivered to your room at a time of your choosing. The hotel is quiet and the beds are comfy! The only small issue we encountered on this trip was having to wait too long (twice) to retrieve our car from valet, due to understaffing. This will not stop us from returning, as this hotel is amazing!
“Great Hotel”
Loved the Harborview! Only had 1 night to stay in Charleston. Got a great deal on Expedia for one night which included free parking ($18 value) and one free carriage ride ($22 value). The room was very, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the extras provided - wine and cheese reception, cookies and milk later in the evening. Continental breakfast was average but the delivery to the room was a nice luxury. Hotel is in a great location. We walked to dinner, shops and local bars and the waterfront pier across the street from the hotel. Can't wait to go back to Charleston and will definitelystay at the Harborview.
“professional and cooperative staff”
the hotel was a pleasure. location was perfect close to everything and the staff was professional and went out of their way to help us. it was nice that they called us by name it made us feel welcome. the breakfast was a nice touch as well as the wine and cheese and especially the cookies and milk at night. i would recommend this hotel to everyone
“Wonderful location and even better service!”
The ideal location (overlooking the harbor and right in the heart of downtown Charleston) is why I chose the Harbourview Inn but the level of service was even more of a standout. Friendly staff and unique touches like the 5PM wine & cheese get-to-togther in the lobby everyday and the fresh baked cookies and milk everynight. A hotel that makes you forget you're at a hotel.
“exceptional value”
We were delighted with the location and amenities of the HarbourView Inn. One staff member went above and beyond to insure that our visit to Charleston was outstanding.
“Loved Our Stay in Charleston”
My daughter and I found this hotel very charming and was centrally located where we wanted to spend most of our time. We were able to walk to all of the historic areas and didn't need a car. It was easy to rent a car for a couple of days and travel out to the plantations.
