“Had a Great Time”
The Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Great Location, walking distance to a lot of attractions.

Our room was very comfortable and perfectly dark for a great night's sleep. We wanted to see a sunrise, so the staff was nice enough to find the times for every day of our stay. I would surely stay there again.

We were very satisfied with hotel in general. Our main disappointment was the continental breakfast, which as very overrated. Selection and quality of the food did not meet expectations. The orange juice tasted as though it had been watered down. found employees to be very helpful and honest

“Most impressed with cleanliness, friendly staff”
Booked this hotel because of the location on the beach and near everything. The bathroom area was a bit small, but everything was very clean and I saw cleaning people constantly cleaning the common areas and elevators. Maids were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. We were right on the beach and boardwalk. Many places to eat or shop along the boardwalk. Balcony was perfect, we could sit out and listen to the ocean or just leave the door open. Parking was free but kind of odd, there were four separate lots that were within a block or so of the hotel, but not right next to it. Lots of traffic nearby, but many crosswalks made it easy to walk around. The beds could have been more comfortable. My mattress kept sliding off the box spring and it was too firm for me. Breakfast was really minimal. I wouldn't even count on it being a substitute for a regular breakfast. Not really a money saver, more of a snack and some fluids. We had the kitchenette that we used to cook breakfast. Went to nearby grocery store and stocked up the fridge instead. Best features: location, cleanliness, helpful staff Needs improvement: breakfast menu, mattress
“Very Nice”
We went to the beach during off season, the hotel was nice and quite the pool was big my 10 y/o had tons of fun swimming everyday. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly.
“The location was exceptionally”
For the price it was was ok, location was exceptionally, the view of the beach from our room was great. There was a few minor gliches, the hot water was not working and it took them longer than expected to get the issue fixed. The furniture needed to be upgraded. With that said we would stay there again.
“Front Desk People were really nice and helpful”
It was the first time in myrtle beach. Pier 14 has great food. The people were helpful on letting us know where all the fun place to hang out.We went during Harley Bikers week and had a great time..

I did a lot of research before choosing this hotel. My husband and I were not disappointed. It was clean (always someone was working to make it look nice) and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We loved the location...right in the heart of downtown Myrtle Beach...and close enough to walk to activities and restaurants. We loved feeling like we were part of the nightlife! There were lots of families and they were really enjoying the pools, especially the lazy river. On the beach, even the lifeguards were friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Even though it was not a brand new facility, it has been updated and kept in great condition. We would definitely go back and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
