"Accommodating and place is clean."

"People were very friendly and accommodating. I called ahead to make sure our room adhered to my accommodating request. The room appeared clean and orderly except for the bathroom sink. It was somewhat clogged... The water would rise while running the faucet. I would need to wait 5 minutes for the water to go down the drain. The bed was perfect... I wish they had a clock in the room. However, I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke... Walking through the Casino was very hard to breath... I was...

"We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff went beyond our expectations, from little gift surprises to everyone being super nice and always helpful. Our 3rd trip here and will definitely be coming back again soon. "

"Enjoyed the tiki bar on the beach, but it closed at sunset, which we wanted to watch. Then wanted dinner and that closed at 8 so we missed it. People on vacation often eat later, so 8 is a bit early. The place was a little run down, but for the price it was fine. "

"The 2 bedroom villa was very convenient, right next to the gondola. It was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you need. I hope to stay here again next year!"

"Gorgeous land and buildings. Amazing room. A door on the master bath cabinet in our room had broken hinges and it looked like it had been that way for a while and not repaired. The shower felt a little awkward with no good place to hang your towel while you shower so you could easily get it when you're done. One of the drawers in the master bedroom would not stay closed and would slide open slightly by itself. Overall, an incredible place to stay."
