"The property is centrally located walkable distance to the tourist attractions and dining. Staff were very helpful especially Mr Azim and Ms Sarah Guest Relations Officers. Mr Azim helped us book our tours and provided useful guidances on tours and traveling around the city. Ms Sarah checked on our requirements and comforts. Both were very attentive and professional with very helpful attitude. They made our visit comfortable and enjoyable."

"Staff members were very helpful and very clean lobby but rooms not so much. AC in the rooms not working properly even though it set up for 18 Celsius still not cold enough. I had to keep my window open over night so it was more comfortable and cooler. I "
