I rang the Hotels. com Gold Team expecting them to sort a credit for this booking and for them to find us another hotel in the vicinity. The person answering the phone couldn't help and said he'd put me through to their rebooking team. After 40 mins of listening to on hold music...the line disconnected. I began the process again. I explained to the person answering the phone that I just spent 40...

"The property is fantastic, the room was beautiful, and the facility, in general, was superb; the only concern is the access to the property from the train station. The schedule for the transportation was not clear or shared with guests. I tried to contact the hotel through the Expedia app/website, but they didn't respond to my messages. That was a concern for me because I was traveling with my daughter. "

"Expedia said that check-in ended at 8pm, but in fact it is at 5pm except on Friday. Extremely complicated to receive the key of the room, which happened to be in a safe. The code for the safe was emailed by Expedia just a few hours before our arrival, while we were on the train with no access to our email. And on site we did not have a phone connection because of the proximity of the border with Spain. Luckily the weather was great!"

"It's a nice hotel with everything you need, situated at the edge of the town which is superb. We stayed at the end of the ski season. It was incredibly quiet. The rooms are really quite small and very hot. Bed was comfy. The hotel is sited on the corner of two roads. The first room we were given was on the first floor immediately above reception. I could hear the traffic and people talking as they walked by so we were given another room which was still small but without the noise. I doubt there...
