"We got an apartment to be able to go to ski to many close by parks. It was very convenient and fully equipped. The 2 people at front desk we SUPER FRIENDLY and helpful. A superb customer service. Would certainly stay there again"

"Convenient to sites we wanted to visit, walkable to main areas with option of public transportation in immediate area. We had trouble communicating via Expedia for a bit and the hotel actually called me to answer my questions. Anna was lovely and very considerate to reach out to confirm the shuttle was scheduled to pick us up at the airport. "Fine stay and close to all the places I wanted to visit. Only issue was minor that reception desk was closed recently and I had to go to another property to check in. But all turned out fine."

"The hotel, overall was nice. The service was very good and the breakfast and dinner, which were included, were also very good. One minor point was that there was nothing in the room in the way of coffee, water, or any type of mini-bar. My only real complaint is that although I had prepaid through Hotels.com, apparently they were not aware and charged me again. I am currently waiting for Hotels.com to resolve the issue "
