The property is an optimal distance to the downtown for a meal while also providing good access to places like Sinaia, and Bran. Morning breakfasts were relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful. The property is kids friendly, with toys and a green space to keep them occupied. Recommend for a relaxing get away to the Brasov region."

"Brilliant location. Spacious room. Quiet location. Things that I didn’t like: the fan in the bathroom was noisy and on a timer with the light. Very annoying noise went on for several minutes after using the bathroom. Never saw anyone in reception. Not even sure if breakfast was included in the price? There was a small breakfast area downstairs but we didn’t know how to use it. No milk or sugar provided and only x2 coffee pods that were not replaced when the room was serviced. Mentions a...

"Very nice and friendly staff. Place is very nice and modern although in classic Polish Highlander style. Food was excellent and there was no problem to accommodate different diatary needs. There is an great spa in the basement with sauna and salt cave to relax. "

"I loved my stay at Villa 11. It is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and everything is done to a high quality. Elizabeth is a lovely host and the Prosecco at breakfast on Saturday was a very nice touch! As was the complimentary coffee and snacks available throughout the day. We arrived at 1pm to a locked door, waited an hour before someone came out and said that the hotel was closed and not using hotels.com anymore despite it being listed and us having correctly booked it. This was the 13th of February 2020. We had to immediately book another hotel elsewhere. "
