However, the restaurant service is poor--slow, tables not ready for reservation time (even when few people, they had us wait in the lobby and then after leading us to the table they combined them in front of us while we waited in between diners/other tables). Room Service had to come twice because they 'forgot' part of the order. Basically, the kitchen needs work! The maintenance of the room balcony areas were not clean. The buildings needed...

"My husband and I stayed here for the weekend, and we were immediately impressed by the welcoming atmosphere upon our arrival. "We primarily chose this property due to being pet friendly and found the grass area to be half dead and the other half was not mowed. The room was fine except that the shower door did not latch. The area was very walkable and had much to look at in terms of restaurants, shops, and the beach. Alexis was very pleasant and an asset who was helpful and nice."
