"The property is very well maintained, excellent for groups, even has a casita for surly teens. Stocked with every essential. Towels galore, great beds with plenty of pillows. Location is 5 minutes walk from the best of LaJolla Village, and a nice 15 minute walk to LaJolla Shores. Highly recommend!"

"This unit has a great location. It’s on the second floor with a view of the ocean from several windows. Lots of good food options within walking distance. The layout worked for our family of 5 (all adults). There’s an open room with the kitchen and dining area included. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are separate from each other. There is gated parking. There is some late night street noise, but it wasn’t too bad. I’d especially recommend the location."

"The place was in a perfect location. We were close to everything. The house was clean. The only problem was when the upstairs neighbors checked in with all of their kids at 10pm you could hear them running back and forth through the whole downstairs. Other then that i would absolutely rent this again."

"Had a great visit at this property. In town for a college graduation and was looking for a place close to the beach that had space for everyone. Bar area, living and family rooms, big kitchen and nice outdoor areas made it perfect for us. 1 of the bedrooms was off the master bathroom which was odd. For us, it was not an issue. House was VERY clean and the kitchen had tons of flatware, dishes and glassware. Any questions we had were promptly answered. Would definitely stay here again."

"There were 16 of us staying at the house preparing for a Wedding Party. We had plenty of room to host an additional 40 people for dinner and dancing. The house was perfect, communication with the property manager was wonderful and the view/grounds were spectacular. We would highly recommend Alta Vista!"

"Very comfortable house in a wonderful area with plenty of parking, plenty of household supplies and kitchen amenities -- location is hard to beat, very easy for us to go to many spots in the area and provided wonderful walking to enjoy the views. Host was great - very easy to communicate with and quick to offer any help if needed. Plenty of linens, toiletries, beds, and space to spread out, as well as games,hot tub, and pool and outside toys to play with while there. Kitchen was well equipped...

"This was the perfect setup for our group. All the amenities of home; it is clean, updated, and very comfortable. The three units allowed for privacy while still being close to each other. The location is close to grocery shopping, beach, and restaurants, but is still quiet and peaceful. The staff was excellent and the rooms were comfortable, clean and updated. Beautiful fire places indoors to relax by. Outside green spaces were comfy and spacious.
