Our condo has some of the best unobstructed views of the Bow river along with stampede grounds. It’s across the street from BMO Center and Saddledome, perfect for hockey games concerts or business meetings or a night out trying you luck at cowboys casino along with top line restaurants all next door. Santerra food market one block away for food, snacks. Not to mention great for family with kids only 5 min away from the zoo. everything you need steps away.

Blocks away from Stephen Avenue and 17th Ave where you will find some of the best restaurants, shopping and bars perfect for the foodie in you. Not to mention amazing shopping along the way.

A must stay
Other than the wine not being available and no robes that were in the listing, we had an absolutely amazing time. Beautiful decor. Gorgeous views. Easy communication with the host check in was a breeze. Definitely a must stay if you were in Calgary. Also bed is very comfortable and super soft plus the soaker tub was absolutely amazing

The property was not cleaned after the previous guests had left the suite. Fridge and freezer with junk in it, dishes in the sink, full garbage cans, dirty, bathtub that wouldnt drain, unmade beds left from the previous guests. Its advertised as one bedroom with a queen bed, and another with two double beds. While there is a bedroom with a queen bed, there is only a pullout couch in the living room, no second bedroom, no second double bed. Pictures make the unit look way bigger than it actually is. The only saving grace is being next to Cowboys Casino so you can go get drunk and forget about how much you paid for this experience

The condo was in a very secure building and was fairly clean with nice modern amenities. The check in process was a bit confusing and having to pay extra for parking was a bit of a bummer, but it was nice and close to the Saddledome, which is why we chose the location in the first place.

I have stayed here before and was happy with it. This time all the elevators were out of order due to a flood and would not be fixed for a week. Therefore, I walked up 24 floors with my suitcase, backpack and another package. Every day of my visit I did the same, minus the baggage. The hote replied to my initial notice of this but never responded again. It is a shadow VRBO rental requiring entry secrecy. I don’t recommend staying here.

There weren't enough linens provided for the pull-out bed. There was only a fitted sheet and top sheet that we found scrunched up in the trunk in the living room area. Luckily we had brought an extra blanket in our car because there was no quilt or comforter for the pull-out bed. Another thing to note was 2 out of 3 elevators were down for the weekend which made it pretty impossible to get in and out of a building with over 40 floors. We ended up having to walk 24 flights of stairs after waiting over half an hour for an elevator. This is by no fault of the host, but something to note with the building.

Communication was terrible; instructions on entering the building were inaccurate, leading us to wander the bowels of the building for 15 minutes before stumbling onto the correct way in. The signage is non-existent. We arrived 2 hours after the check-in time and they were still cleaning the unit when we arrived. Both TV’s and the fireplace weren’t working. We were told that the owner would contact us about all the issues we encountered and haven’t heard from them at all. That said, the proximity to the Saddledome can’t be beat; 5 minute walk. The view from the balcony was awesome! The lobby and public areas were clean and well maintained. If the communication was better and everything had been in working order, my rating would have been much higher.

Very nice condo, excellent bedding. Communication spotty. Texting worked with some delay. No reply to emails. Entry is not as complicated as the detailed instructions would suggest. Microwave didn’t work. Everything else did. With a few simple improvements to address the above concerns and this could be excellent.
