“Great experience!”

Excellent hotel! The staff was great, rooms were clean, plenty of common areas to sit and talk and the breakfast was wonderful. I would definately recommend this hotel.

“Loved it”

The hotel was in a convenient location and the staff was very courteous and inviting. We had an awesome time and the surrounding area was great, even though we did not get to visit many of the restaurants in walking distance, we think this hotel was absolutely awesome. The rooms were clean, and the beds slept well. Can't beat it.

“Wow - Brand new hotel”

This Embassy Suites hotel has opened up within the last 12 months. Can you say sparkling? The staff's attitude matched the shiny new surfaces. A + Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel or its sister hotel across the street. In general, the Hilton Hotel chain seems to pride itself on service and cleanliness.

“Overall, a nice experience...”

My husband took me for a romantic overnight, and it was overall, quite lovely. Room was HUGE! Very modern decor, two big flat screen tvs, amazingly plush towels (although we had to search to find them, they were not in the bathroom, but hall closet???) Oh, also, you will have to look for hair dryer, as it was not visible, but tucked away in the bathroom vanity... We ate in the hotel restaurant, which was actually pretty good w/ very attentive service... we did not partake of the breakfast buffet, although I have been to several other Embassy Suites, so based on that, I imagine the food was fine. Aesthetically, the breakfast place was not nearly as nice as the other E.S.'s I've visited, where the breakfast serving area seemed to be a focal part of the hotel atrium, and very garden like and plush. This was just a small room, tucked away in the back behind the register's desk... no aesthetics at all, just a little heads up in case that matters to you. Also, you don't find out until you check in that valet parking is mandatory (at least that was how it was presented to us), but it's only $5 a day, and actually, quite convenient. You just call when you want your car and it's waiting at the door for you. Overall, it was a lovely place. I would go back.

“Kids loved everything except breakfast”

We stayed at the hotel on our way to a football game. Amenities were good and the parents enjoyed the breakfast buffet but the kids were looking for something more..

“Perfect ending of the long day at beautiful falls”

Easy driving distance from Niagara Falls. Quick check-in, helpful receptionist, valet parking at $15, gorgeous room, extremely comfortable bed, perfectly clean room, great coffee from the coffee-maker in the morning. Unfortunately we were too tired to check a restaurant in the lobby, the guests seemed to enjoy the atmosphere and live music. Overall very much recommendable for the price and location.

“Excellent Hotel”

Stayed there with the family on a recent trip to Niagara Falls (a 20-min. drive) and really enjoyed it. Ambiance is a bit bland (I guess it's mainly for business travelers, so that's expected), but otherwise perfect. Very clean, everything is brand new. Our suite was spacious enough to easily accommodate the family of 4. Friendly staff. Valet parking for $5 is an excellent value. Good selection of places to eat (including ethnic/fusion), and drink, just around the corner.
