“Great value”

Great hotel. The room was huge and clean, although one of the power outlets didn't appear to work. A few minutes after we were in the room, the front desk called to make sure we were satisfied with everything. The wireless internet worked fast and smooth and didn't drop out at all.

The hotel was nice, it wasn't the nicest I have been to but it was a last minute trip for a funeral. We arrived after 9pm, and the staff was good considering our late check in. Our rooms were clean and very comfortable, the only issue was the blinds didn't close completely so the street lights shined right in and there was no room number by our door. I didn't eat the breakfast, but the room is small, I'd assume on busy weekends it is hard to get in there, sit and eat.

Nothing fancy about the hotel but everyone working there was very friendly and helpful. Lots of choices for breakfast. Had a nice run down Sunset and Pleasant Street.

“Works for Me!”

I've stayed here several times when visiting family in the area. It works well for us because it's close to the thruway and close to family, restaurants, and shopping. The kids love the breakfast at the hotel and the indoor pool. My biggest isseu -- the hallways and lobby are not well air conditioned, and when the temp and humidity are up, it's very uncomfortable. Also, the gym equipment is HORRIBLE! I like to work out daily, but this hotel has two treadmills that are cheap and old, the belt slides around on one, making it dangerous to use. The other one groans loudly. The bike is REALLY old, noisy, and broken -- and upright, very dated and uncomfortable. For the price of the hotel, they should do better.

“Hamburg Hospitality”

I had a good stay in the Hamburg Quality Inn, conveniently just off Thruway Exit 57. Visiting the Southtowns in February can be dicey, but the staff at the Inn made it a great experience.

“Near I-90 and Buffalo”

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to I-90 as we were on our way to Boston. It was just an overnight stop and was perfect for that. We were able to take a side trip to Niagra Falls as well. The breakfast was very typical to most hotel breakfasts at this price point. The staff was very nice. One potential negative is that there is no elevator at this hotel, which would be cumbersome with a lot of luggage and / or children.

“COMFORTABLE, CLEAN AND SAFE”

OUR FAMILY WAS ACCOMODATED IN TWO ADJOINING ROOMS. DESK STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL,ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFY, BEDS COMFY-SLEPT WELL, COMPLIMENTARY CONTINENTAL BF WITH WAFFLE STATION AND BACON WAS GOOD, COFFEE WAS PLENTIFUL.

“Best of the 3”

I travel through this area on a regular basis and have stayed at all three of the motels available. At one I was bitten by flees and the other was far too expensive. The Comfort Inn is conveniently located right off the highway. There's a fantastic new restaurant within walking distance, a Wallmart, gas stations and lake side retaurants within a few minutes drive. The Peace Bridge into Canada is only a 10 minute drive and the Lewiston Bridge is another 20 minutes. The Airport's only 20 minutes away, as well. The rooms are always clean and comfortable as is the rest of the motel. A nice touch is that they have a diferent security code for the internet connection every time I stay there. The staff has always been very proficient, friendly and helpfull. This motel simply has the best location, staff and value for the money of all the places I have stayed at in this area.
