"Absolutely lovely old but well maintained hotel facing the beach in Brighton. Looked by far the nicest of any hotel we walked by, and had great renovated and good size of rooms. The hotel truly was 'grand' with a fun lobby bar, and treated my little dog like a king! Would highly recommend and definitely stay again, however there were two areas which for me, prevented it from being a 5* experience: 1) The bed was super uncomfortable - it was a "king" (two singles pushed together) which were...

"It’s a cute B&B place , very unique and great vibe. But remember this is an old building, you can hear other guests upstairs and outside noise. Also rooms can be hot - could the hotel put fans in the room? Breakfast was great , good choice and locally sourced where possible. Staff were fantastic . Would stay again ! "

"Had a couple of nights stay. The hotel is well situated right on the beach front. The staff are very friendly and we had a great stay. Our room was tiny which would have been an issue if we had stayed longer (the room was higher than it was wide!) There is entertainment during the evenings which we had access to, and the noise didnt carry up to the room although our room faced the sea (had an awesome view) so we could hear the revelers enjoying the night on the patio. "It’s right on Brighton/ hove beach. Close to everything you want to see, the Brighton pier, i360, west pier. The staff held my bags for 2 days when I flew to Paris. Great people. The Connaught pub within 5 minute walk… awesome food. "

"Great choice for our overnight stay in Brighton. Parking in Marina car park included in room rate. Room was spotless with comfy bed and very quiet at night. Took no. 7 bus to/from central Brighton on Friday night - cheap fares and very convenient. Hotel nice location, overlooking marina - just need fine weather to enjoy to the max. "

"One night stay, very clean modern. Super comfortable bed and huge! We will definitely return and stay. Right on the sea front and near to all amenities. Full continental breakfast was great and varied to suit all your dietary needs. I would recommend this hotel."
