"Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There 4 concerns of why I wouldn’t stay here again. 1. The hill to walk up the hotel is very steep and push a pram up it was painful. 2. The rooms don’t have A/C and get really warm, I can’t imagine what it would be like in the summer time. 3. The hotel only has one lift, the door opens and closes very slow and if the hotel is busy you have to wait ages for it. Such good value
"This hotel is brilliant! Probably the best value in Bournemouth, with an indoor pool and ample parking ( unlike many in the area!) A very comfortable stay with excellent breakfasts. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, especially Carol at reception and the 2 Polish ladies at breakfast. We were even impressed by the swimming teachers in the pool. I’ll bring my grand-daughter next time!"
