"Joe was an excellent host and great communicator. Got an email from him early the day of check in that place was ready and we could check in early. The only issue I have is saying place is ocean view is a bit of a stretch. You can see the ocean on the horizon through the trees etc. There is no real view. You will be in your car to go to beach and restaurants as its beyond what most people would walk. Its 30 plus minutes to walk to beach and if you wanted a chair or cooler or any such thing its...

"This is probably the best location in Santa Cruz! It’s right across the street from the beach and boardwalk. If you forget something while you’re sitting on the beach, you simply walk across the street directly to your room and your back on the beach in five minutes! The staff was great and friendly! Parking was easy. In the rooms are all clean and updated! Will definitely stay there again."
