"The condo was booked to attend a local family celebration and not to ski. GPS directions took us directly to the parking lot. The Owner’s communication received was excellent and provided the necessary detail to gain entry. We arrived later in the evening and there was sufficient lighting for us to locate the condo. Keep in mind, if there are elderly, this is the end unit and it is a little bit of a walk from the parking lot with a few set of stairs. Can be a challenge with larger luggage, but...

"I cannot recommend the property strongly enough. 5 stars are well deserved. Location is less than 5 minutes walk to the business/ entertainment center of Bellaire. There is ample parking at the property and a parking lot at the river beach across the street. Neighborhood is quiet. Julia has provided every amenity required for an enjoyable stay and she very well organised and thoughtful. Very ompressive. We will definitely be return renters!! Did i mention the 5 stars!!"

"The property was nice, there were a few things that needed some attention that would have helped the overall wow factor, such as it was nice that there was a washer and dryer (even though we didn't use it) but there was no storage space to place our items. The master bedroom closet was locked and the one in the hall was full of supplies, and then the kitchen pantry type closet was missing a door and had the stackable washer/dryer.
