The listing was accurate and the space was very clean. We also had some issues with the wifi and the host was quick to resolve the issue. We’ve been going to Shanty for 10+ years with family and friends, so we know the area well. We visited during peak fall colors and commented that this home was the best spot for fall views. Close to the Lakeview hotel which has restaurants and bars. Including the infamous Mike at Sarducci’s Creekside, IYKYK. Just a short drive or shuttle to downtown Bellaire and great hiking trails. This condo is set very nice on the resort with easy access to the amenities. Our stay was very quiet and the condo was nice stocked with basic items. Two things to be aware of. 1) The door locking can be a bit temperamental. Close the door and then firmly pull on the knob while pressing the proper button. 2) The water is not hot. It is a bit better than warm. If you want hot water, warm water in the microwave and use that. I did that for washing my face and doing the dishes (There is a dishwasher but I chose not to use it.) The condo was very comfortable and nicely appointed. I would definitely return to this unit. ##### Lori E.
