Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. "We were in Bardolino for my stepdaughter's wedding. My brother-in-law and his family stayed in the downstairs unit and my husband and other family members stayed in the upstairs unit. It was so wonderful to all be together. There were 18 of us but it didn't feel crowded at all. There was plenty of space to spread out and the balcony with the view was to die for. Thank you Francesco for a wonderful stay!"

"We stayed at the Beatrix for a week in July 2015. We wanted a base to explore Garda whilst being able to walk into Bardolino in the evenings. The apartment was on the 2nd floor with a balcony off each room. We found the apartment basic and fairly clean although the bathroom could have been a little cleaner (toilet brush was disgusting) and the bathroom had a horrible smell. We payed for air con which was 50 euros but we expected this and this was good in each room. We expected to have towels...

"There were 14 units, a decent size pool, 2 washing machines and a BBQ area. The units were very clean, spacious with air conditioning (a must in 30 degree weather). Views over lake Garda, vineyards and olive trees were amazing. Our family of 4 were very happy here!"

"This villa was spectacular. The view was breathtaking all the rooms were large, comfortable and well appointed. There was a great balcony with a large table and seating area where you could see beautiful sunset views. The kitchen had everything you need and then some. "A nicely equipped 3 BR/3BA apartment located above Bardolino overlooking Lake Garda. The location is a bit remote, requiring a car to get anywhere, but the views are very nice and the accommodations are quite good. It served our group of 6 quite well."

"What a Gem! We were located in our own little separate house, next to the pool. The view was very rural and the house itself so comfortably furnished and with a well equipped Kitchen. The furniture was high quality and as others have said before: thenpictures don't do it justice! We loved our stay, easy 5min drive to Lazise and we will be back!"

"The property has a sense of serenity with beautiful views. Its location is excellent a short walk along the lake's promenade gets you right to Bardolino centre with beautiful resraurants and shops. Very clean and the staff are very helpful. Only negative is that the rooms are a bit dated and need an uplift with better decor. Saying that I would still choose this hotel if visiting the area again!"
