Der Netto vor der Tür hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört, im Gegenteil, wir waren einige Male da ;) Von der Umgebung haben wir leider nicht viel gesehen, der Whirlpool war zu verführerisch :-D Lediglich unser Hausstauballergiker hatte mit einigen Allergikerproblemen zu kämpfen, deswegen leider der Abzug. "The house is large with well-stocked kitchen and many areas for relaxing, eating and sleeping. We did not know we had to reserve the bedding ahead of time, so had no bedding the first night. This may have partly be due to lack of clear communication as the owner's English was not strong. The house also was not as clean as we would have liked and some elements were not working properly, such as one shower. The washing machine was not available (as it is shared) when we wanted to use it."

"The immediate vicinity of the hotel was unexpected. In spite of that, we loved everything about it. The owner and his wife checked us in and could not have been nicer. The room was clean with a large walk-in closet and refrigerator. The best part of our visit was Terrance! He was the young man running the breakfast service the following morning! Breakfast was good in a lovely room with a beautiful view. But Terrance was the highlight of the morning! He was helpful about our visit to Burg Eltz, thoughtful about seating for us with our dog, and genuinely a great guy! We would definitely recommend this hotel."
