"I loved the location. The management were eagerly accommodating to rectify a situation that could have been made my stay uncomfortable. The hotel was clean and I felt safe. I had one confrontation from a member of the staff who unfortunately should not be at the front desk. We were locked out of our room because our keys were deactivated, and she thought it was okay to say that “mistakes happen”.
