"After a horrible experience at a hotel near by, the Hampton got me checked in and into a clean space quickly. The room was clean, visually appealing and smelled fresh. It was a nice change from where I was prior. "

"When I checked in the computer system assigned me to a room that wasn't cleaned. Had to go back to front desk to get new keys and take everything back upstairs to the new room. Also breakfast hours are only 6an-9am 7 days a week. Watched people come down on Saturday morning just after 9am and try to find something to eat because staff was already removing breakfast items.Can breakfast hrs be extended to 10 am on the weekends?"
