"Very nice place. Everything has this nice island vibe. Got served fresh fruit, juice and yogurts every morning. There is parking for your golf cart or scooter. The main city area is a 15 minute walk. I have done this a few times to get my steps in. However I usually just use our rented scooter. "

"This condo is perfect, pool view and beach view it’s within steps of pool and beach. Close to bus stops, grocery store small mall and pharmacy. Catch a bus to many restaurants for only 12 pesos per person. It’s great for families with the pool and beach access being so close."

"everything was good but a constant drilling noise starting at 8:30 am and lasting all day from next door property. while landlord and concierge tried to help it was never corrected. so the entire stay was disrupted by heavy construction noises all day."

"We had a wonderful family vacation! The home was perfect for the 13 of us and accommodated all of our needs. The house is clean and well appointed for large groups. Victor and Ginny were very attentive to our needs and if you pay for the chef service, they really do their best to accommodate all of your diet and meal preferences and prepare the tastiest meals! You do need a golf cart or taxi in order to get around as the home is not within walking distance to town. We had such a wonderful time...

"We just had the most amazing stay at Colleen and Nora's place in Puerto Morelos! The house had everything we needed for our family of five, including the best weather! How they arranged that, I'll never know. We were travelling with three children (12, 10, 8). We were delayed by two hours, but Nora graciously waited for us to arrive to give us an introductory house tour. This is a property that either requires a rental car, taxis, bicycle or a good deal of walking. We had 2 mobility scooters which easily provided transportation to shopping and local restaurants. However the beach requires either a taxi or Collectivo. The Collectivo's run frequently and will pick you up at the front gate. The draw back is they are fast and can be quite full which...
