“Great hotel for the value!”
Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Thought that the staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful during a 3 day visit. All the amenities were working and we took advantage of most. The fitness and pool area were very comfortable and not crowded. The morning breakfast was typical continental fare; again, there was nothing missing. This is a great hotel for families. Parking is right outside the rooms. Location was great to access all the colleges, malls, and the interchanges for the major routes. Definitely would recommend and will stay there again.

“Great hotel for the price”
We have stayed at this hotel many times on our stop overs from Montreal to New York city. It is a great little place for the price and the location is perfect for a shopping weekend as the hotel is 5 minutes from the Crossgates mall and Colonie center mall. Lots of great restaurants 5 mins from the hotel and the staff is very cooperative. The rooms are clean and comfortable as well. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel that's clean for a short stay.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable overall. There is an indoor pool and fitness room. The breakfast continental offers a variety of items to choose from, unlike other hotels where it is just strictly cereal, coffee and if you are lucky bagels and muffins.
“Nice enough”
We were only there to sleep then head to the airport at 6 AM. Everything seemed nice and clean from what we saw. This was a family trip with 4 of us. We selected this place because it offered 2 queen beds in one room and was close to the airport.

This is a good place to stay for the ease of location to major routes. As a single woman traveler I felt safe being on the second floor, although there isn't an elevator to bring my luggage up to my room. I only carry a small bag, but many business items that I don't want left in my car.
