“Great staff and hotel”
The hotel has just done a major upgrade so everything was new. The staff was wonderful and our room was perfect
“our four day stay”
We spent four nights there and it was a great deal...well priced and well worth the money. We went there for the Flower Walk Week. It was well located because we visited home out near East Aurora and Seneca besides down town. The staff was very nice. Jeff and Shawn at the front desk were very nice and did what they could to make our stay very nice. Nice breakfast with good scrambled eggs.
“average room but great service”
The area right around the hotel is not the best but the hotel is very close to many things. It took us about 30 minutes to get to Niagara Falls and was about 10 minutes from downtown. The room was very clean and very nice. The service was excellent and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
“Excellent”
I had an unexpected day and needed to find a local hotel before my next day of travel. I searched and searched and found this Best Western. I was not familiar with the area, but when I googled the location it was very close to a populated area without being right in the middle of the "hustle and bustle" of things. Good location—close to freeway access. The front desk attendants were okay. They seemed young and did not seem very customer focused. The breakfast was okay and well maintained. The room was great and I could tell there was extensive remodeling done recently—marble sick countertops and updated interiors. Very nice. Would return if I ever travelled that direction again.
“postive experience”
The hotel was decent. The morning breakfast was a good selection of food. I particularly enjoyed the waffle station. There were no windows to teh outside in the room. The windows were in the hall way which made the room kind of dark, otherwise it was a great hotel. I would stay there again.

“Great Place to Stay”
Came with my sister, my husband and my son. The place looked renovated from the outside..and from the inside, we were all actually surprised how clean and welcoming it was. The room was fresh and clean too. The bathroom, sprakling nice and clean..and im very particular with hotel bathrooms. I also told the reception that there would be 3 adults coming for breakfast and that i was willing to pay for the extra charge, they said not to worry and that its free. That's a big PLUS for me. If i have to say something negative about the hotel, it would be the location of the hotel on the other side of the main intersection where we had to go eat at Wendy's..but other than that..two thumbs up and would recommend it to anyone! FYI...i did check for bedbugs..and no, there wasn't a single one. Will DEFINITELY GO BACK!
“Everything we needed for our night stay”
Room was very clean and comfy, super big bed and flat screen tv. Good gym facilities and outdoor pool. Breakfast was good, the usual continental spread plus scrambled eggs. Not far from local malls for places to shop/eat. Would stay here again.
“buffalo's unexpected treasure”
it was very quiet non smoking area meant non smoking. which surprised me, as i have gone to other hotels and requested nonsmoking and got a room which smelt like a smoke house. the staff was curteous and helpful they had a continental breakfast which was good. next door is a resturant like a pub and the food was great it was hard to choose because the food all looked and sounded good.
“Very pleasant”
I felt very lonely being so far away from home, but since the moment I came in that feeling was gone, It felt like I knew the staff from before, everyone was so helpful and friendly; Judy, the manager, made such a difference in my stay, I went home with a hug from her after receiving some personal good news and shared it with her, along with a very, very happy feeling. Will return there someday, even if just to say hi.
