“Very nice hotel”
No complains, it was a pleasant stay. Staff were very nice and polite. Everyone one in the hotel works extremely hard at making sure all guest are made feel comfortable and welcome.
“great location”
perfect location if you are arriving at the airport late at night and do not want to drive 2 hours home in bad weather. Breakfast had lots of variety and the room was bright with plenty of windows. Staff was very friendly and attentive. A very pleasant experience. Thankyou
“Clean and comfortable.”
Hotel was comfortable and clean. We stayed at the hotel and used their shuttle to the airport in the morning, which was quick and ontime. The only issue I had was that I had to pay extra to park my car there for the week while I was away on holidays. Most airports near the Toronto Airport, include that in their cost.
“Good for Business Travelers”
Check in was fast and the clerk asked if I wanted a wake up call without my prompting. The entry way going into the room is wide so you aren't stumbling over your bags when you try to get in the door. Floor was clean and vacuumed, bathroom was exceedingly clean, and the toiletries are tucked in an alcove so you have plenty of counter space. The pillows have "firm" and "soft" embroidered on the pillow cases, so if you have a preference they are different. I liked the firm pillows. My chief concern is having enough outlets for computer, phone, etc. in convenient places that aren't already festooned with other appliance cords that I have to unplug to make room for own. The work desk is a little crowded with the coffee maker, and if I had one complaint, it is that the coffee maker is old fashioned and the white plastic parts are stained. It is all on a tray with handles however, so it can be easily moved. Internet is easy to connect to. The access code is clearly posted on the desk lamp, and you can plug the ethernet cable right into the lamp base, along with your power cord for laptop. I would recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers.

“Convienient, comfortable and accommodating”
The hotel provided excellent service above what we were expecting. The use of the airport shuttle was obviously useful when we landed at airport but it also took us to local supermarket on our first day and shopping mall on our second, all we had to do was phone when we wanted picking up! Great facility as we didn't have a car. Although rating for surrounding area is slightly lower, this is only because direct area is simply airport! But, as stated, hotel shuttle provided us with flexibility so wasn't a problem at all.
“Good location, great breakfast”
We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for one night while doing some shopping in Buffalo. It was less than 5 minutes from the Walden Galleria and nearby shopping. We had a room on the main floor which was perfect as we had easy access to the pool and the breakfast buffet. Our room was just ok..the washroom was a little dirty but the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We've already referred this hotel to friends who have stayed there since we have and also enjoyed it. It's worth it just for the breakfast...it's fabulous!

Stayed here while in Buffalo for a work trip. Everything was as expected - smooth stay.
“Superb Service!”
Great staff! We were just in for the night, prior to an early am flight to NYC. The staff were great! They shuttled us to dinner and packed continental breakfasts for us to take to the airport. Super friendly and helpful. Nice pool and hot tub.
“Hotels neat Walden Galleria”
Perfectly adequate for the reason intended. A place to sleep. Hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly. Breakfast food, as expected, terrible. I would haved no hesitation in returning to this hotel.
