“Comfortable.”

The room was very comfortable - great bedding, quiet HVAC system, and well-appointed bath. I would definitely revisit when I go back to the area.

The fact that it was recently built stands out. Very up to date with a very fresh feeling about it. Staff very well trained and cordial. Would highly recommend to any type of traveler plus convenience to the airport

“No Airport noise!”

Even though this hotel sits at the end of the runway in Buffalo, there was surprisingly no air traffic noise. I was in an exterior room on the 3rd floor and slept like a baby. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Will stay here again for my next meeting.

“A Gem in Buffalo”

The Hilton Garden Inn is a beautiful hotel with exceptional service and personnel. The beds were a little on the harder side, but with everyday room service you hardley notice. The hotel cafe was small but efficent with a very friendly wait staff. I would absolutley go back there!

“Very convenient, nice experience.”

I liked the convenience of the hotel in proximity to the airport (right across the street). The staff was great and there is even a nice restaurant in the lobby. I had to get my boarding pass for my plane trip the following morning and the hotel's office facilities were convenient and free. I printed my boarding pass and looked at my email without paying for any time on the computer like some hotels I've been to recently. The rooms were also very well insulated and I loved the flat screen tv.

“Will definitely be back!”

I traveled there from Toronto with my wife and daughter for a one-night stay as a getaway from work on this weekend. Services were perfect, and the staff were really friendly, like in providing detailed information about where to visit in the city. Everything was so neat and tidy. The room was spacious, and the appliances and the furniture were new and clean. Swimming pool was a great joy; the only thing was that the water was kind of cold, which is something I enjoy personally; not the case with my daughter, anyways. Breakfast was not included, but I definitely recommend it, especially the waffle. Free internet service is a plus, again if you are a net-addict. I will be certainly back to this hotel, and will suggest that to my friends and relatives.

“Hilton Buffalo”

We love going to the Hilton Garden Inns. We have not found one that we were unhappy with. We do wish that they would have...perhaps a small free breakfast.
