“what i needed”

Depends on what u r looking for..but the location -right next to airport was super convenient. All I need is a clean room, decent service, some amount of comfort and a complimentary breakfast. The hilton satisfied all these..with the exception of the breakfast. But all in all..what I expected from hilton. Clean decent and good service. Price is higher than elsewhere though.

“Great hotel for Airport Transit”

Great hotel and most probably the best between the other neighboring hotels. I would definitely go back again. However, the hotel is slightly overpriced! But nothing to shift from staying there.

“Great hotel!”

We stayed for four nights over the thanksgiving holiday, and the staff was wonderful, the breakfast buffet was fantastic, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The shuttle service was also a plus. We will definitely return to this hotel.

“Close to airport, great gym, and good service”

So I used this place as a pitstop for the airport. It was a great place to unwind after a business trip. The gym was new, fresh towels and headsets. Very conveniently close to airport.

“Perfect airport location!”

The hotel is located directly acrosss the street (wide divided avenue) from the airport, and you cannot beat the convenience of being so close and yet not experience ANY noise in your room when you are trying to get a few hours of sleep before your early morning flight! I highly reccommend this hotel for anyone needing a place to sleep before flying out of Buffalo airport.

“cleanist motel I ever stayed in”

Can't say enough about Hilton Garden Inn (buffalo) it was a wonderful experience staying here. When we travel, we like for the motel to be a big part of our trip. HGI is probably one of the best hotels we EVER stayed in. It is everything it advertises and more. Thanks, HGI !!!!!

“Recommened... with some hesitation.”

I originally booked a non-smoking junior king suite for the one night we would be staying in Buffalo. Without receiving any indication from the hotel that they were not able to fulfill the non-smoking room request, upon checking in to the hotel, we were handed keys to a smoking room (which we were unaware of until entering the suite itself). Only after complaining about the state of the room did they acknowledge that they were unable to fulfill the original request. We were provided with two options: have the room ionized while we were out for dinner or switch to another non-smoking suite which was furnished with two double beds, instead of the king. They were quite to indicate that this room was normally more expensive than what we originally booked; however, they "waived" the difference in prices. As compensation for the trouble, they gave us two complimentary breakfast coupons, which subsequently turned into a gift card to Target since my original room booking came with two complimentary breakfasts. The room itself was clean, but trying to sleep in a double bed that night was less than comfortable. It was unfortunate that they were unable to fulfill our request and failed to notify us of that fact prior to checking in.
