“Great Hotel”

“great fun”
lombardos italian restaurant-excellent!
“Very Good Choice”
This hotel is recently updated with warm, elegant, and inviting colors and furniture. The rooms are well-appointed, and very clean. For the money, it is a very good choice.
“Fantastic Hotel”
The staff was courteous and knowledgable of the surrounding area. I travel over 200 days a year and this is the most friendly hotel I have ever stayed in.
“All Good But the Parking”
I love this hotel and have stayed there many times. I do, however, think the parking situation is bad. I think charging a customer to park is excessive. And the fact that I have to wait for a long time to get my car is irritating. I have to pay top dollar for a room and then I have to pay to park and then I am expected to tip the attendant and if I do not tip it is amazing how long it can take to get my car. So I tip and it usually cost me an additional $20 per night for my stay just for parking.
“Very nice hotel”
Very nice hotel at convenient location. Parking isn't cheap but excellent serivce with a nice free hot breakfast.
“Great”
Even the free breakfast was great.
“better than expected”
They rated this hotel 2.5 stars. I travel for a living and I've stayed at 4 stars that were not as nice as this place.
“Highly recommended”
I would highly recommend this hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and nice, and the room was huge, clean, and also extremely nice. I didn't have much time in Albany, but the location seemed great as well.
“Good Hotel/Bad Rap”
We came into town for a one night stay. We used to live in Albany so we knew the area. This hotel was perfectly placed for our stay. We walked to a fine restaurant, then walked to our concert, and walked back to the hotel. Before the concert we took advantage of the "spa room" which has a Steam room, Sauna, Tan bed, and massage chair. The room cost 15 bucks a half hour, but you get to use it exclusively. I thought there we would have to wait for a chance to get in, but no one had used the room at all, so we got right in, 20 minutes after exiting the highway. We were able to get in to the spa room again after the concert which was nice too. We only stayed one night, so we only dealt with 3 different people at the front desk. All three were extremely pleasant, and customer orientated. The free breakfast was ok, they had maple flavored kielbasa and eggs that morning. I would have preferred real sausage, but other wise the breakfast was fine. When I chose this hotel, I saw it had a few bad ratings. What ever caused the people to give this place a bad rating has been fixed, and I would recommend it as a fine place to stay.
