"Divan Istanbul is the perfect hotel experience. It's location, luxury, comfort, service and staff are all excellent. Effe at the front desk was especially helpful in our early check in and extended check out due to flight schedules. Shafa at the concierge desk went above and beyond to help arrange last minute Turkish sweets as souvenirs when we checked out. The breakfast buffet is the highlight of this hotel, and features classical Turkish cheeses, olives and honey. "

"Stayed here while I was getting married in Istanbul. Breakfast options could be better! It was actually not worth it despite plenty of things - they just weren’t very good on that. The rooms were a bit smaller than I had imagined. But otherwise well assigned. Staff were very helpful especially when I needed help finding certain services, none of it came to fruition but they tried and I appreciated that. The guys near the pool area were a bit strange and not friendly - I had my wedding guests in...

"Fantastic hotel in the coolest, most vibrant neighborhood, convenient to explore other areas of Istanbul. The hotel is a classic, old style palace, beautifully decorated and ornate without being gaudy. Our room was very nice with a balcony, comfortable bed and great bathroom products. The staff is fantastic!!!! All very friendly, with excellent recommendations and 1st class hotel concierge service. Highly recommended ! Thank you @ Pera Palace Hotel for making our stay in Istanbul so memorable ."
