"Lovely warm welcome on arrival. All staff extremely smiley and helpful. Lovely big room with coffee maker, hairdryer, desk fan. Milk, biscuits, caramel wafers and tunnocks tea cakes to help yourself to on each floor in the corridors. Breakfast was served by lovely young members of staff, nothing was too much trouble. Ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was lovely. All in all a very pleasurable stay and we will definitely return"

"Room clean, modern, not as in the photos but it was ok. Very close the the centre great location. My only grump was the bin men at 5am both mornings on the cobble street below and the lack of sleep as bed was very comfortable but a double is too small but thats our preference."

"When we arrived at night (11 pm) the reception is locked and the phone call go straight to voice message. I asked Hotel.com customer service to contact them and the phone call couldn't get through as well. Been waiting for around an hour until hotel.com finally found them and the guy show up to open the door for me. After I moved in it is the most horrible hotel I have ever seen, btw I am sales so I travel around different cities and live in different hotels all the time. The bulbs are flashing...
