Lovely 1 night stop

Friendly, helpful staff, clean hotel throughout, air con wasnt working which was disappointing as one of the main reasons to book this over hotels in vicinity. Food was tasty at both lunch and breakfast.

Check in was easy and room was clean on arrival - window didn’t shut properly and heating was a bit temperamental, eventually being too warm in middle of night - it was one night so for the price perfectly decent - breakfast was pretty decent with a good cooked selection and some cold alternatives. Approx £20 taxi ride into Sheffield.

Lovely hotel within easy access to sheffield. Always a friendly welcome at reception special mention to Jack who asked for any floor or room preferences as we were previous customers. Clean rooms and comfy beds.

We had a good stay. The staff were great and the cleanliness was excellent. The bathroom looked brand new and was lovely. Just a few small things that could be improved - softer pillows, most of the buttons on the remote control didn't work and no USB plugs or any plug near the bedside table.
