Hotel itself is lovely, very clean and staff really helpful and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. "The Hotel Vittoria Positano was lovely. A pretty hotel a short walk from Spaggio Fornillo and close enough to the center of Positano while still being quiet. Views from the deck were breath taking. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was perhaps the best we had in all of Italy. Bring your walking shoes because all of Positano is a "vertical" city. You are either going up or coming down stairs to get anywhere."

"My wife and I had an amazing stay. They provided excellent help finding the hotel and where to be dried off. We welcomed like we were family. The rooms are super clean and updated. The breakfast was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. Staff is amazing and in a world where service seems to be an afterthought, it certainly was not optional here. Top notch service. "Luigi and Francesco are excellent hosts. There was nothing we needed that we couldn’t ask them for. They were very attentive and helpful. They provided a car service from the airport to hotel. Our rooms weren’t ready because we arrived very early, they gave us breakfast and suggestions to walk around Positano. When our rooms were ready our bags were in our rooms. The views were stunning! This hotel provided 5 star service! "

"We had friends staying across the street, so it couldn't have been any more convenient for us. But the owners absolutely make this place. I'm not sure they ever sleep, but we appreciated it. They chatted with us over coffee in the morning and the extra couple of lemoncellos before bed. Had figs from the garden for breakfast. Lovely view of the water. As I would say with most of our hotels in Italy, if you're looking for Houston or Miami hotel level of AC, you'll be disappointed. LOL. But...

"This is an attractive, well situated hotel where the extraordinary staff were the key to an outstanding experience. The on site restaurant, Don Giovanni, is definitely worth checking out. Front desk assistance was friendly, thoughtful and competent. The property furnishings are very traditional, and it lacks certain modern touches, but it had everything needed for a lovely stay in Positano. "
