"I was unimpressed with check-in but the propery has been nicely upgraded. The clerk at tge desk couldnt enunciate his words nd speaking clearly. He was having a situation with the guest checking in before me who had difficulty understanding him. When it was my turn, he snapped at me for asking what time the breakfast was available.He told me "everything on the key". The checkout clerk(night/early am) was much better."

"It was a great stay - only issue was I left the do not disturb sign up so my room wouldn’t be tended since I wasn’t there long. The sign was removed and my room was serviced anyhow. No big deal. Otherwise the stay was good"

Mainly I was very disappointed in the following: I had originally booked a two night stay but as it turned out we were unable to stay both nights. I canceled the second night a full day before our arrival. The hotel was clearly full and in demand, and they could easily have rebooked the room upon my cancellation, and probably did. But the front desk staff still refused to refund the second night when I made that...

"Stayed the weekend with family to enjoy the UW Madison Spring Band Concert. The room was large, clean & comfortable. Beautiful Capitol & lake views! Nice indoor pool. Would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed over night to spend a quick getaway just in the bigger city. We enjoyed the clean atmosphere this hotel had to offer. Our room was a king bed with a small wall to divide a sitting area/living room type. This help me sleep as my hubby stayed up and watched sports center. The bed comfort was awesome, I didn't miss my bed too much! All in all, great hotel and close to lots of restaurants. "
