"The hotel is centrally located in downtown Sao Paulo. There are many dining options. Rooms need to be updated. During our stay we had to go down to the reception to have the electronic key reprogrammed as they constantly stopped working which was an inconvenient. AC in the room was great. They offer breakfast buffet and restaurant is open for lunch and dinner as well. I suggest placing cards on the dishes to know what you are selecting from the buffet. "

"Very nice hotel. The beds could be a little more comfortable. Wish hotel transfers were available later. Last transfer from airport to hotel is at 10:30pm. Great breakfast."
