"Absolutely brilliant hotel. Laundry facilities, gym and restaurant great. Pool table and workspace area in main foyer. Free snacks at reception. Rooms clean and bed comfortable. Guest srrvices and reception staff so friendly and helpful. Located right in centre of Merchant City in Glasgow City Centre. Price incredicle for services received. Definitely a great choice for hotel in Glasgow. Low proce for room does not mean low comfort and services. One of the best hotels ive stayed in within...

"Staff were so welcoming on arrival, hotel was hard to find at first as postcode took us to police station. But was sign posted from further round, free car park too, room was so nice and clean and room service were fast in bring us 2 extra pillows. Could do with a better shower door as water got onto floor. But I'll defo stay again"

"What we didn’t have from previous hotels we stayed in was in-room phone and a safe to lock our valuables. Other than everything was great! Also offering one free drink at the bar for every day that we didn’t ask for room cleaning service was a good gesture!"

"Situated in a retail park, 3 min walk to bus stop that is a short drive into Glasgow City Centre, busses were very frequent and only £3.50 for a day ticket. Comfy bed and great pillows, very helpful and friendly staff, would definitely stay here again!"

"Stay was fine here. Hotel could do with a lick of paint and some modernising of the furniture. Positives: shower was the best I've ever had in a hotel. Staff were nice and friendly. Plenty of carparking. Negatives: bit dated. Breakfast was ok, buffet style so not amazing. It's a bit of a way out from anything, we caught the train into Glasgow town centre, about 15 minute walk to station. All in all, stay wasn't bad. It was OK. "
