They gave me another number to call, eventually they found the booking and said ‘the man is coming’. This turned out to be a maintenance man who was very unwell (flu I presume). "Initially, there was some ambiguity about the check in, however as soon as I contacted the service provider, the manager arrived at the property in person and solved the issue. I didn't expect that prompt and kind reaction in response to my problem. I'm sure their business will flourish swiftly as they have put their customers' satisfaction at the centre of it. "The hotel lobby entrance was locked, so had to call the manager to gain access to the hotel. The manager was helpful but the room was average at best. Whilst it was warm, the single glazed windows and flimsy curtains did little to stop the car noise (next to dual carriageway) and street lights. The on-suite bathroom was clean and modern but disappointing that there was no wardrobe or hangers for clothes and no TV in the room."
