"We just had our first ever Hawaiian vacation at this resort. The resort was clean and the grounds were nice. The only con was no a/c but a great breeze blows through pretty frequently. A note to mention: a longer term tenant in building C third story has a real problem with kids swimming and being in the common area . Two different days the lady came out and and yelled at the kids for being in the common area before 8 and then again the next morning for an adult not being in the pool with them....

"While being evacuated from my home in Kula, Hotel rented my family a room in this hotel that was also being of Maui forcible evacuated by the police due to a natural disaster then informed me there are no refunds! It’s unclear if this hotel burned to the ground. Being forced to pay for a room in a disaster area that cannot be used or accessed feels like a corrupt business practice, or sort of like stealing. "

"Excellent suite! They even had stuff for us to borrow free of charge like beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, etc. I am not sure if every unit has an air conditioner but ours did. Certainly a nice area and she had a couple patios for guests to utilize."

"When booking we were not informed of no air conditioning. My wife has asthma and she can not stay in any unit without A/C. As per the unit! It was nice, Not beachfront as stated! BUT! "It was great staying in Maui but the condo was not the cleanest upon arrival. The bed they had leaned one way and most of the furniture was banged up/scratched. It would be nice if they would just show you the actual state of the room and not some generic far away pictures. For the money I paid I would expect a little better service. I don‘t think I would stay here again in the future."
