"We enjoyed the freedom of grilling, bonfire, be outside by the water, relaxing AND they have two kayaks that allowed us to experience for the first time, absolutely wonderful experience!! Very nice hosts, very helpful!!!"

"An AMAZING place, just outside of Hot Springs, AR. Beautiful cabin, super clean, quiet and private. 12 minute drive to downtown Hot Springs, where you can find many restaurants and shops. Really one of the best places we stayed it. We'll come back again! "

"This place is always very clean and all the staff are so friendly! The breakfast is wonderful and always fresh. This place is so convenient to Oaklawn racetrack and the shuttle is a plus!"

"We really enjoyed staying here. Comfy and very clean. Great to have a kitchenette and the balcony. There is someething wron gwith air conditioner that needs to be addressed. That was our only disappointment in our stay. At 4 am it quit working each morni ng and woke us up hot. Didnt know how to report it to them But great stay overall."

"The property was in good location. Easy excess to restaurant's. Easy excess to attractions in the area. these are a few things i liked..... what i didn't like there is no one on premises. the room was to small. They didn't put coffee in the room all the accessory's was there no coffee "

"The room was really nice and large. It had all the conveniences needed. The girl in the office was really sweet and professional. We lost power the last night we were there so check out in the morning was a little tough without electric but that was no fault of the hotels. Excellent and easy checkout. Very enjoyable stay would stay there again and again. "

"This appears to be a new facility as of May 2024. The room had all of the latest amenities, such as ample & USB charging ports, good lighting, microwave/frig,, and a great HVAC system. One thing in particular I have not see at other locations, were pegs on the wall in the room to hang things, such as coats, towels, etc. The only thing I would like to see is a little more variety in the breakfast area, such as sausage, biscuits and gravy. I would highly recommend this place."

"And most pet free ,no motel we stay in that had pets to s tay pet odor was in the motel or room , so we look for motel with no pet , when pet are in the room you really need special people and pet cleaner for the next guess , pet hair on everything , your property had no pet policy .it smell so clean . will stay again again road trip for 18 days the only problem was keeping thing was the number one problem "

"This was a family outing with our daughter and all of her family. I booked 4 rooms with queen beds. Her daughter and husband joined the group at the last minute. The check in person was readily helpful in rebooking 2 of the rooms to double full size beds so we could do the guys in one room and the girls in another. Very Helpful and appreciated by us! "
