Excellent location just a 5–6 minute walk to all main public transportation stops like Wien Westbahnhof. The staff are genuinely friendly and very helpful, especially the kitchen team and the Front Office. A comfortable stay overall with good service and easy access to the city.

We had an excellent stay. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are very comfortable, quiet and clean, and the breakfast was varied, locally sourced and delicious. Very conveniently located for the metro and Praterstern station. I would definitely stay again if I visit Vienna in future.

The Sachet is all about Vienna's tradition, luxury well understood, discretion and a staff at all levels of the experience that delivers a professional, friendly and even perfect service with grace and elegance. Yes, the rooms are well appointed, the bathroom well designed, the lobby has a great atmosphere- almost out of a Visconti film set...the spa could be better, the bar menu not that great but overall a brilliant antidote to luxury chains that try but don't reach a similar level.

Loved the room and beautiful balcony! Breakfast was delicious! Close to downtown for restaurants. Beds were super comfortable. Would stay there again!

I had to walk 500 meters to get the keys from Vienna Hotel and to return the key as well. Staff was not friendly

Decent hotel by the airport but outside of Munich. Biggest complaint is the internet/wifi was horrible and wasn’t connecting. When I went down to the front desk to ask for help, the woman was extremely rude and dismissive. She said that because the hotel was fully booked, that’s probably why the internet wasn’t working and I would have to deal with it. When the Internet did finally work, they have strict parental controls on the WiFi. I was trying to watch YouTube podcast and then tried Netflix (nothing inappropriate) and most of the videos or shows weren’t showing up. But if I used data from my phone it worked just fine. Everything else was adequate but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.
