Everything was good. Owen at the desk was great.

The overall experience was very positive and smooth from start to finish. Communication with the host team was excellent—they were prompt, polite, and very helpful throughout. The check-in instructions were clear and timely, and our request for early check-in was kindly approved, which made our arrival much more comfortable. The accommodation was the best part of the stay. The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable, and the kitchen was modern and well equipped with all the necessary items. It felt spacious and well maintained, making it ideal for a family stay. Overall, the stay was very comfortable, well managed, and enjoyable. The pizza place downstairs served really good pizza, which was a nice bonus after our long days out, especially for a quick slice before getting back to the apartment. At times, a light pizza-baking aroma could be noticed in the rooms, particularly late at night. While this is understandably hard to fully prevent, it is something the management may want to be mindful of. That said, it did not take away from the overall positive experience. Great location, great accommodation, and great communication by the host team. We would definitely recommend this place.

Housekeeping did not clean our room after 2 requests. Everything else was wonderful!

It was just ok. Communication with the front desk was problematic- lumpy pillows, asked for replacement, didn’t receive until last night; handheld shower head was broken, someone was supposed to fix and never did. The fridge is not usable to store leftovers or drinks- had to ask for an additional one for the room, but did receive that! Bed was 3/5 for comfort. The location is perfect though- parades and everything is walkable or short ride away.

We struggle With The AC of The Room They Changes at 2 o’clock in the morning

This hotel is beyond beautiful, and the staff are EXCELLENT. Everyone was kind, attentive, helpful, and professional. This is the best hotel I've every stayed at! My husband and I went for our honeymoon -- it was nice to visit the sites and then stay here in the Business district. It was easy to catch the trolley right down the street.

We had to switch rooms after the first night because the toilet handle broke, then they forgot to turn the water back on and it wouldn’t flush. We had to use the ice bucket and fill the tank with water from the sink. My spouse had to figure out how to turn the water back on and did, as maintenance never showed back up to fix. Our room was next to the elevator and ice machine and noise from the ice makers, elevator traffic and outside hvac units kept us awake all night. The second room had stains on the wall paper and the bathtub was dirty. Nobody offered to help us move our things into another room, and only gave us key access for less than 5 minutes to pack and move our things. There was one bellman who was clearly over worked so we felt bad asking and just did it ourselves. Check in took over 30 minutes, as there was only one agent at the desk and quite a line. The staff, however, were all very courteous, and the location was convenient to the quarter and central business district. Our stay was during Mardi Gras and there was zero security in the lobby or at the doors- anyone could and did walk in off the street. Guests were not issued wristbands or any sort of way to identify they were hotel guests which we have had at other hotels in the quarter. This is definitely room for improvement for Sheraton.
