Wasn’t our first visit, won’t be our last! We love this resort. Perfect for couples and families. Has never been overcrowded or difficult to enjoy the property and amenities. Restaurants are solid. Coffee shop and market are amazing and super convenient. Rooms are great (both the bungalows and riserva). Love that the main pool is 24 hours. Beach access is easy and comfortable. If you book through Expedia, you’ll be charged an OTA fee. Ours was $117/day.

Absolutely loved this place. Yes, it’s dated. But it had everything i needed to make my quick getaway enjoyable. A special thank you to Louis at the pool side bar. He was incredible. So attentive and thoughtful. 10/10 service from him. Pools. Jacuzzi. Beach. Everything in walking distance. Not much else you could ask for. Also, thank you to Melany, Angel and Andres for the daily text check ins and quick fixes when needed. Definitely returning.

Loved the pool, Ac stayed on . Only thing i dialike not having a personal microwave to warm things up on my own.

Everything was great except the person at the front desk when we checked in went on and on how many Hilton Honors points we would receive from our stay, and encouraged us to charge everything on the property to the room so we would receive 2X points. So we spent over $1,300 on the property in four days just for that reason when we could have gone elsewhere, only to find out our stay was ineligible for Hilton Honor points since it was booked through Expedia. When I brought this miscommunication to Hilton’s attention, they basically replied “So sad, too bad.”

The hotel was very clean at all times, staff was very friendly. I never experienced this but if we had our staying in card, housekeeping would have the front desk call us to see if we needed housekeeping for the day or if we needed anything. That was outstanding service!

Pool and beach were awesome. Staff overall was average. Some were nice & friendly while others hospitality skills were lacking. Resort is beautiful.

Service. It’s clear everyone got the memo. David greeted us at the bell stand as we arrived and was ready to be helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. Breakfast staff, particularly Noel, were super friendly and helpful with local tips and suggestions - always a great way to start each day
