Staff was very helpful,breakfast was ok same every day the room was very old looking needs updated

Great location, close to the Gran Via, but not as crowded. The room was very nice and clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. And the breakfast was delicious, great variety of food and everything was fresh. And the bonus, the Rooftop, amazing views of the city and as a guest you have priority sitting, it was worth every penny!

I've had better breakfast options at other hotels in Madrid. It was an okay breakfast, just not as much variety.

The staff was really nice! The hotel had these Telly nice hats that they were giving out that my husband didn’t take off! Lmao! It was nice start and there’s really nice restaurants within walkable distance.

We loved staying at the Átlantico! The rooms are impeccable and they’ve thought of every detail—plenty of outlets for charging; lovely spacious bathrooms with double sinks; comfy chairs for resting in the room; plenty of lighting options; and excellent air conditioning. Personnel were kind, thoughtful and friendly. Reception was helpful and courteous when we needed a taxi and to store a couple of bags between stays. Breakfast was lovely, the breakfast room overlooked Gran Via, and the buffet was complete and consistently well stocked. Coffee machines were easy to use and coffee was good. Personnel were always present and friendly. We would stay at the Átlantico again in a minute!
