Advertised as B&B! No breakfast at all. Coffee and tea in room but no kettle or coffee pot. Bed was comfortable, room was stuffy as the window couldn’t be opened. Parking was terrible. Room was comfortable but we were very disappointed about having no breakfast. False advertising as not a B&B

We stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We had a lovely breakfast delivered to our door every morning and a Nespresso machine with infinite pods right in our room along with a selection of teas and an electric kettle. Michele and Simone ensured that every need we had was met. The property is located near several wonderful bakeries and the short, walk to downtown was lined with beautiful colorful Newfoundland homes. A serene scenic park was also located very close by. We would absolutely recommend this property and will definitely use it as our main stay for future visits.

Very courteous and friendly, clean room, comfortable bed with lots of pillows to choose from😉 I had some special requests and they were very accommodating! Delayed flight and I could store my luggage and still use the shuttle to airport later, big bonus!!! Would highly recommend staying here
